Your plan includes the things every business website needs anyway, including your domain name, hosting, maintenance, design hours and tech support, giving you a professional website without the huge outlay to get started.
As long as your plan is active, your website stays live and fully supported by our website team, with a minimum term of 12 months applying to all startup website plans.

Here's the important small print:
We know “free website” offers can sometimes sound too good to be true, so here are the key highlights of the small print:

All plans require a minimum commitment of 12-months and are paid monthly by Direct Debit. After the initial term, your plan simply continues on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled.

Cancelling your plan after the initial 12-month term does not require a notice period. Simply let us know in writing, and no further payments will be collected. Cancelling within the initial term may incur early termination charges; read the full T&Cs for more details.

Your website is designed and launched for free as part of the service; you are not paying for it in instalments, through a finance agreement or a repayment plan. This is not a credit agreement.

The monthly fee you pay covers the hosting, maintenance, support and design updates that are included with your plan.

The products and services limits shown above as part of the Seller and Seller + plans relate to the limits of products or services our team will professionally add, optimise and manage during the website setup phase. You are able to add more products or services to your website yourself at any time.
