Our sole trader package includes everything needed to keep your bookkeeping and accounts up to date throughout the tax year.

Your monthly package includes:

• Ongoing support from an experienced bookkeeper

• Access to digital bookkeeping software for recording receipts, invoices, income and expenses

• Monthly bookkeeping reviews and record management

• A qualified accountant to prepare your year-end Self Assessment tax return

• Review and approval of your tax return before submission

• Submission of your Self Assessment to HMRC on your behalf

• Ongoing support throughout the year if you have questions about your bookkeeping or accounts

The package is designed for sole traders with an annual turnover of up to £50,000.

Additional services such as VAT Returns, Payroll, Making Tax Digital (MTD) support, Credit Control and other bookkeeping services can be added where required.

Our bookkeeping and accounting services are delivered as part of one joined-up support team, which means we don't work alongside external accountants or bookkeeping providers.

This allows us to keep everything under one roof, giving you a single point of contact for bookkeeping, Self Assessments, VAT returns, payroll and ongoing business support. It also helps us provide a more consistent service and reduces the risk of information being missed between different providers.

Many of our clients move to us from an existing bookkeeper or accountant. We can contact your current provider, obtain the information we need and coordinate the transition on your behalf, helping make the process as smooth as possible.

A small transition fee may apply depending on the amount of information that needs to be transferred, but we'll explain any costs before work begins.

Businesses often join us throughout the year.

Because bookkeeping and accounts need to be completed for the full tax year, you'll need to pay for any previous months in the current tax year before moving onto the regular monthly package.

For example, if you join in June, you would pay for April, May and June upfront, before moving onto the standard monthly payments from July onwards.
