This pre-designed loyalty card template combines a clean, modern layout with a simple customer reward system that helps encourage repeat visits and increase customer retention. Each card includes space for up to 10 stamps, making it suitable for a wide range of loyalty schemes, from free treatments and drinks to discounts, rewards and special offers.

Ideal for salons, beauty businesses, cafés, coffee shops, barbers, restaurants and other customer-facing businesses, the design keeps your branding front and centre while clearly communicating your offer.

The front of the card features your logo, business name, website and loyalty card branding, while the reverse includes your chosen reward message and up to 10 stamp circles. A custom stamp is included and can feature your logo mark, initials, icon or another simple design.

Available with either square or rounded corners, each card is customised using your logo, brand colours and fonts. The examples shown are for illustration purposes only and demonstrate how the same design can be adapted to suit different businesses and industries.

Because this is a pre-designed template product, there are no additional design charges.

After placing your order, you will receive an email containing a link to a simple online form where you can upload your logo, provide your brand colours, preferred fonts and submit the details of your loyalty offer. Brand colours can be supplied as HEX, RGB, CMYK or Pantone values, or you can simply upload your existing brand guidelines.

The loyalty card design is customised to match your branding while maintaining the clean, modern style shown in the examples. You can customise the wording, reward offer and business details displayed on the card.

Each loyalty card includes space for up to 10 stamp circles and is suitable for a wide range of loyalty and reward schemes.

A custom stamp is included with your order. Stamp artwork should be simple line work and fit within a 10mm diameter circle. Suitable options include logo marks, initials, symbols or short words. Stamp ink is available in black, blue or red.

Before your cards are sent to print, you will receive a digital design proof for approval. Printing will only proceed once you have confirmed that you are happy with the design.

The sample designs shown are examples only. Colours, fonts, wording and branding elements will be updated to match your business.
Orders are typically produced and dispatched within 7 working days of receiving your branding information and loyalty scheme details.

Production begins once we have received your logo, brand colours, preferred fonts, reward offer and any other information required to personalise your loyalty cards. Any time spent gathering information, creating artwork or awaiting customer approval is not included within the 7 working day production period.

Before production begins, you will receive a digital design proof for approval. Printing will only proceed once you have confirmed that you are happy with the design.

Where an order contains multiple products with different production times, all items will be dispatched together once the longest lead-time item is ready. This helps reduce packaging and ensures your order arrives as a complete shipment.
